A couple of shots from my latest body of personal work entitled ‘Hinterland’. Sometimes it’s nice to get away from the daily grind of shooting and processing weddings and family shoots. This is pure indulgence.

Well where do I start. Rod is a fellow photographer and Ringo is his constant companion and the most mischievous dog I have ever met. Rod has kindly asked me to document Ringo and himself whilst they can both still run around. Ringo is more than a dog, he is family and that is so important. Rod is just a gentle and kind man with a heart of gold, he loves animals what more can I say. Beautiful beings both of them. There is so much love.
Here is Ringo.

Ok. I know it’s February and everyone’s forgotten about Christmas, but I wanted to share our story this year. I was determined to photograph our festive time this year and have some memories for the future. We had lots of visitors, friends, families and lots of kids. Narell and I love having the house full of people enjoying themselves and relaxing. Good times. Thanks to all who came and shared with us, see you next year.
